Shortlisted for a 2015 Aurealis Award!

The Mapmaker Chronicles Book #2This morning I got an email to let me know that PRISONER OF THE BLACK HAWK, book #2 in The Mapmaker Chronicles series, has been shortlisted for a 2015 Aurealis Award (Best Children’s Fiction).

The Aurealis Awards were established in 1995 by Chimaera Publications, the publishers ofAurealis magazine, to recognise the achievements of Australian science fiction, fantasy and horror writers.

The winners will be announced on 25 March, 2016, but, frankly, I’m just thrilled to be on the shortlist!
